Phase Two will continue the line to Dulles International Airport and into Loudoun County. Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project - Phase Two Capital Rail Constructors, a joint venture of Clark Construction Group and Kiewit Infrastructure South, is the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's design-build contractor for Phase Two of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, which will build 11.4 miles of track and six stations in Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
