Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, equipment and supervision to perform interior and exterior painting and surface preparation of buildings and structures at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on an as-needed basis. A majority of the interior surfaces to be painted are located in occupied, high traffic and/or congested areas. The Contractor must perform such work during the late night (9:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m.) hours.

This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement.
