Project Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, licenses, laboratory testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, and all incidental expenses to implement an integrated pest management program for pest control services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport and the Dulles Toll Road. Pest control services shall be performed in a manner that will ensure the health and general wellbeing of the public and airport personnel. The contractor shall perform these services daily Monday through Friday with 24 hour call-back response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to special/emergency pest control services requested by the Airports Authority. The Contractor shall respond within four hours of receiving a verbal or written request from the MWAA for providing special/emergency pest control services. The contractor shall thoroughly inspect to determine the evidence of pest activity, perform necessary treatment and/or make recommendations to resolve the pest concern, and address conditions conducive to pest harborage.

LDBE Requirement:

This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
