Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide turnkey construction for the new South Sanitary Sewer Lift Station replacement project at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work includes, but is not limited to, a new sanitary pumping station including separate dry well and wet well, pump station control building, sewage pumping system including pumps, suction and discharge piping, valves, flow meters, electrical service and distribution, instrumentation and controls, HVAC for ventilation of the dry well, wet well and pump station control building. The project also includes the demolition of the existing pump station.

This solicitation has a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement and a 20% Voluntary MBE/WBE goal. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
