Project Summary
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to provide contract labor to HVAC services to supplement Airports Authority staff, and to conduct Preventive Maintenance (PM) at scheduled intervals, to repair and test or install new HVAC equipment, and investigate HVAC issues at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) on an as-needed basis.

This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
