Project Summary:: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for all necessary financial advisory services to support the capital debt financing activities related to the Aviation Enterprise’s Capital Construction Program, which includes Ronald Reagan Washington National and Dulles International Airports, and the Dulles Corridor Enterprise’s Capital Investment Program, which includes the Dulles Toll Road and Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, with significant emphasis on the aviation (or airport) related advisory services but including toll road capital market expertise. Additionally, proposals are sought for specialized financial advisory services unique to the Dulles Toll Road.
