Summary:

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide high quality color digital aerial imagery and lidar data for feature extraction, development of digital terrain modeling data, etc. for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), the Dulles Corridor Enterprise (DCE) (i.e. the Dulles International Airport Access Highway and Dulles Toll Road).

This solicitation has a 30% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
