Project Summary
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide recurring and as needed technical horticulture/landscape consulting services and Stormwater Management Structures (Pond) Inspection services for maintenance, and enhancement of the landscapes at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and the Dulles Toll Road (DTR), in accordance with the requirements of the highest horticulture standards and Virginia Stormwater Management Handbook (Current Edition). This requirement also includes monitoring the condition, health and appearance of the landscaping, the condition and performance of the irrigation systems, and to provide as needed landscape and irrigation system design services.
LDBE Requirement
This solicitation has a 100% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the size standard(s) below are eligible for consideration.
