Summary: - The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to upgrade the existing Roadway Weather Information System (RWIS) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The current RWIS system consits of in-pavement sensors, sub-surface temperature probes, and atmospheric sensors. Data from all sensors is collected and processed into an on-field Remote Processing Unit.
